However, Anthony is more than just a landscape photographer. Over the years, he has enjoyed success in various genres, including architecture and weddings. He was a finalist in the New Zealand Wedding Photographer of the Year competition and has won multiple NZIPP Gold Iris Awards for portrait and landscape photography. He is also a Master of Photography, a title awarded by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography. This versatility informs his vision, giving his landscape photographs a special clarity and structure.

However, his great passion is nature. New Zealand, with its impressive diversity of rugged coastlines, glaciers, alpine lakes and wide valleys, offers him a unique stage. His photographs capture not only spectacular scenes, but also atmosphere. The fog, soft morning light and silence of a starry night lend his photographs an almost meditative quality. Even iconic places appear calm and balanced in his work.

He combines classic landscape photography with finely tuned digital processing. Thanks to his many years of experience with Photoshop and Lightroom, dating back to the early 1990s, he can refine his images to reflect the mood of the moment authentically, without making them appear artificial. As well as being a photographer, Anthony is also a dedicated teacher.
