Aneta brings the expressiveness of her former career as a dancer to her photography. For her, each image is an artistic opportunity to capture the emotion and essence of a place or an encounter. Dirk, on the other hand, has honed his instinct for the extraordinary in the most remote corners of the world, from the swamps of Southeast Asia to the savannahs of Africa. Their collaboration has produced a distinctive, even unique, visual language that combines artistic aesthetics with vivid authenticity.

Their images are much more than documentations of landscapes and cultures or people and animals. They are a tribute to the diversity and wonder of our world. The landscape photographs are characterised by spectacular lighting and an attention to detail that brings small, often overlooked elements to the fore. Capturing dramatic skies, gentle mists or the vibrant interplay of colour and shadow, they manage to harmoniously capture the essence of the moment in each image. Her wildlife photographs show not only the beauty of the animals, but often their intimate connection with their environment. She portrays people with a sensitive, respectful perspective that tells stories without falling into clichés.

Aneta and Dirk's images move between documentary accuracy and artistic expression. Sometimes they tell humorous stories, sometimes they captivate us with abstract details or transport us into a world of melancholy. With each image, they manage to evoke emotions and draw the viewer into the scene as if they were there themselves. As well as photography, they are passionate about sharing their experiences. Their multivision shows combine brilliant images with insightful stories and background music. The presentations are not only visually stunning, but also entertaining and amusing - and as profound as they are touching.

In addition to their shows, they have published several coffee-table books that capture the beauty and diversity of the countries they have visited, including works on Australia, South Africa and Burma. They have also released DVDs that capture their travels and discoveries in moving images. Their workshops and photographic trips, for example to Iceland, South Africa and the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, offer participants the opportunity to benefit directly from their knowledge and expertise and to see the world through their lens with new eyes.
